OEM Medical Device Manufacturing Materials
Thermoplastic polymer with a wide range of applications. High chemical resistance and very durable. BMP uses USP Class 6 grade material for pharmaceutical and medical device applications.
BMP Medical utilizes both low density (LDPE) and high density (HDPE). PE is a versatile polymer that is commonly used in containers, bottles, closures and tubes.
Acrylic is used in applications that require clarity. BMP medical uses acrylic in many microscopic slide applications where clarity is essential.
Polycarbonate is the material of choice for applications that require high impact resistance and durability. PC is a strong and clear material that has is resistant to breakage and is a common material used in medical devices.
Polystyrene is another very common polymer that has a wide range of applications. It is commonly used in containers and packaging, and is widely accepted for it’s transparency.
